Behind every great service is technology that just works. We’re looking for a Head of Technology to ensure our systems support our teams seamlessly both in our restaurants and across our support centre.
The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping our technology simple, reliable, and effective in a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality environment.
You’ll lead our IT operations, support our teams day-to-day, and drive continuous improvements ensuring technology enhances both the guest and team experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
Technology & Systems
- Oversee and maintain a stable, efficient IT environment across all sites
- Manage core business systems and in-house applications
- Support and improve cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365 / Azure)
- Ensure systems are practical, user-friendly, and fit for purpose
Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead IT support and service delivery across restaurants and support centre
- Ensure minimal disruption to service through reliable systems
- Manage incidents, performance, and continuous improvement
- Maintain business continuity and recovery processes

Guest Experience & Innovation
- Support technology that enhances the guest journey (e.g. bookings, payments, engagement tools)
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and smart use of data
- Introduce new tools where they add clear operational value
Vendors & Stakeholders
- Manage key IT suppliers and partners, ensuring strong service and value
- Work closely with operations and central teams to deliver practical solutions
- Support cost-effective technology decisions
Risk & Compliance
- Maintain good practice in data protection and system security
- Work with partners to manage IT risk and compliance requirements
- Build awareness of best practices across the business
About You
You understand how important reliable tech is in a busy hospitality environment and you know how to keep things running smoothly.
You’ll Bring
- Experience in a senior IT or technology leadership role
- Strong background in IT operations, infrastructure, and support
- Experience managing third-party vendors and services
- A practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with both technical teams and operational stakeholders
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based environments
