Head of Technology & AI - Exclusive Opportunity

We're exclusively partnering with a high-growth consultancy to appoint a Head of Technology & AI. This is a rare opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of its growth, where technology, data and AI are becoming central to both its internal operations and client offering. Instead, we're looking for a strategic technology leader who can define the technology vision, drive AI adoption and help build scalable products and platforms that create genuine commercial value.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the Director, you'll become one of the organisation's most senior technology leaders, responsible for shaping and delivering its Technology & AI strategy. Working closely with the executive team, you'll identify how technology and AI can improve the way the business operates, enhance client delivery and support the development of innovative, technology-enabled products. The business has already invested in enterprise AI tools and governance. The next step is bringing in someone who can turn those foundations into practical solutions that improve efficiency, create new revenue opportunities and support long-term growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
