Head of Technology & Business Change

London Insurance Organisation

We're looking for an experienced Head of Technology & Business Change to lead technology, data and business transformation across our specialist insurance businesses.

This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering our technology roadmap, driving digital transformation, strengthening data governance and information security, and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the Group's technology and business change strategy.
  • Lead digital transformation, automation and AI-enabled initiatives.
  • Oversee core business systems, enterprise architecture and data governance.
  • Ensure robust cyber security, IT risk management and operational resilience.
  • Manage technology vendors and delivery partners.
  • Support M&A activity, including technology due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
  • Partner with executive leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, client service and business performance.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded technology leader with experience delivering business change in a regulated environment. You will have a strong track record in technology strategy, digital transformation, data governance, stakeholder engagement and leading complex change programmes.
