Head of TikTok & Partnerships

Remote | DTC Ecommerce | USA - EST overlap | Significant Uncapped Bonus Potential

We are working with a US-based, fast-growing direct-to-consumer ecommerce brand. The business runs a multi-channel setup and has built strong, profitable growth. They are now focusing on TikTok as the next big growth channel and are investing in building a proper team and system to scale it.

The Role

They’re hiring a Head of TikTok & Partnerships to build and scale a creator-led growth engine across TikTok Shop, affiliates, and paid social.

This is a from scratch to $1M/month GMV role, owning the full TikTok ecosystem across multiple consumer brands. The goal is to build the systems, creator network, and content engine that drives consistent growth on TikTok.

This is a hands-on role. You will be in execution every day, building from zero, testing content, working directly with creators, and figuring out what actually drives sales in real time.

  • You will own TikTok Shop end to end across multiple brands, including setup, listings, daily optimization, and performance.
  • Alongside this, you will build both organic and paid TikTok content strategies, including Spark Ads, and make sure winning organic content is turned into scaled paid media.
  • A big part of the job is building and scaling a creator and affiliate engine using Trybe. This means finding, onboarding, and managing 100+ creators, and setting up a system that consistently produces strong performing content.
  • Creator communities will sit at the core of this, built and managed through Discord, with clear onboarding, communication, and engagement so creators stay active and producing.
  • Creative strategy is central to the role. You need to understand what performs on TikTok, spot strong hooks and angles quickly, and work closely with creators to improve what they make. Over time, this becomes a repeatable system that turns creator content into predictable growth.
  • You will also manage product seeding across all brands, working closely with internal growth and operations teams to make sure creators are supported and campaigns run smoothly.

Must have experience

  • Scaled a TikTok Shop from zero to $1M+/month GMV
  • Managed 100+ creators or affiliates
  • Strong creative strategy skills, knows what content works on TikTok
  • Can coach creators and improve their output over time
  • Good with tools like Kalodata or similar
  • Builder mindset, likes to get stuck in and move fast
  • Very proactive, takes ownership without being told
