The Role
TikTok Shop isn't another sales channel for us. It's one of the biggest growth engines in the business. We're looking for someone to take complete ownership of it.
You already run a successful TikTok Shop and know what drives growth. You understand creators, affiliates, LIVEs, content velocity, compliance and how to build momentum that compounds over time.

At Kind Patches, you'll own TikTok Shop across every major market. You'll be responsible for GMV, new customer growth, creator strategy, affiliate performance, agency management and launching new markets.
This is the first time we've hired someone to own the channel end to end. You'll have the autonomy to build it your way and the opportunity to build the team around you.
What You'll Own
- Own TikTok Shop performance across all major markets, including GMV, new customer acquisition and overall growth.
- Develop creator and affiliate strategy, including recruitment, education, webinars, incentives and long-term relationships.
- Work closely with our Creative, Brand and Social teams to build content that performs.
- Oversee TikTok Shop agencies across the US, UK, Germany and other markets.
- Launch and scale new TikTok Shop markets across Europe and beyond.
- Build systems, processes and eventually your own high-performing team.
What We're Looking For
There's one non-negotiable: You've successfully grown a TikTok Shop business yourself.
You understand creators, affiliates, LIVEs, content strategy, product launches, content velocity and TikTok Shop compliance because you've done it, not because you've watched someone else do it.
- You're commercially minded, move quickly and take ownership. You make decisions confidently, solve problems and thrive in high-growth environments.
- Leadership experience, agency management, P&L ownership and multi-market experience are a bonus. We can teach those. We can't teach great TikTok Shop instincts.

From there, you'll have an introductory conversation with our CEO, complete a practical Kind Patches challenge, present your thinking to the team, then have a final conversation with the founders. We aim to complete the entire process in around one week.
