WNTD is leading a confidential search on behalf of a new, fully vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform, currently in stealth ahead of its public launch.

The business brings capital, powered land, data centres, compute and operations together under one founder-led platform. It is backed by a multi-billion dollar strategic partnership with one of the world's leading AI companies, alongside top-tier venture investment and a dedicated infrastructure fund. The ambition is simple to say and enormous to build: make AI compute as dependable and available as electricity.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are appointing the company's first Head of Total Rewards.

The company is hiring across the UK and US in one of the most competitive talent markets in the world, where AI infrastructure skills command a premium and the best people have options. How this business pays, grants equity and looks after its people will be a genuine competitive weapon, and it will be yours to design.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Design and own the total rewards strategy from the ground up: compensation philosophy, salary structures, equity, benefits, and recognition
  • Build the levelling and banding frameworks that will scale with the company as headcount grows
  • Shape the equity offer for a private, high-growth company, and make sure every person understands what they hold and why it matters
  • Stand up benefits across the UK and US, balancing local regulation with one consistent global deal
  • Bring rigour through market data and benchmarking, especially for scarce AI infrastructure and technical talent
  • Partner with the founders, finance, and talent teams on senior offers, comp planning, and review cycles
  • Keep the company ahead of pay transparency and reporting requirements across every market it operates in

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
