Head of Treasury

We're partnering exclusively with a growing UK regulated bank to appoint a Head of Treasury. This is a rare opportunity to shape and lead the treasury function, taking ownership of capital, liquidity, funding and balance sheet management while supporting the bank through its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead treasury activities across liquidity, funding, capital and balance sheet management.
  • Oversee key prudential metrics including LCR, NSFR and IRRBB.
  • Prepare treasury MI and ALCO reporting.
  • Support ICAAP, ILAAP, Recovery Planning and capital management.
  • Drive improvements to treasury systems, reporting, controls and automation.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Risk, Technology and senior leadership on treasury strategy and regulatory matters.
  • Maintain a strong governance and control framework, supporting regulatory engagement where required.

You'll bring:

  • Treasury, ALM or Balance Sheet Management experience within a UK regulated bank.
  • Strong knowledge of liquidity, funding, capital and interest rate risk.
  • Experience within the PRA prudential framework, including ICAAP and ILAAP.
  • A track record of improving treasury processes, systems or reporting.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate in a growing, evolving business.
