Head of Treasury & Financial Operations
Senior Treasury & Financial Operations Manager – Crypto Casino
About the Role
We’re seeking a strategic financial leader to owning the financial engine of our clients’ crypto casino business. This role bridges treasury, payments, finance, and operations, ensuring robust controls, liquidity, reporting, and processes are in place to enable safe and efficient scaling.
You’ll work closely with the CEO and leadership team, building the financial foundations of the company while ensuring full visibility into financial health. Unlike a traditional corporate finance role, this position demands practical experience in high-volume online businesses, with the agility to construct systems that support rapid growth.
Responsibilities
Core Financial Management
- Own treasury and liquidity management across the business
- Manage bankroll requirements, player balances, reserves, and operational cash flow
- Forecast capital requirements and ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained at all times
- Design and maintain financial reporting, forecasting, and operational dashboards

Operations & Controls
- Oversee payment operations, reconciliations, settlements, and cash movements
- Develop financial controls, processes, and operating procedures that scale with the business
- Monitor business performance, identify risks, and provide actionable recommendations
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with payments, compliance, operations, product, and leadership teams
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Own relationships with financial, treasury, payment, and operational partners
Team Leadership & Growth
- Help build and lead the finance and financial operations function as the company scales
Requirements
Experience & Expertise
- Proven experience in online gambling, fintech, crypto, payments, trading, or financial operations (high-volume transactional businesses preferred)
- Deep understanding of treasury management, liquidity management, financial operations
- Experience building processes and systems in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Strong commercial mindset, with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work directly with founders and make decisions with incomplete information

Technical & Soft Skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
- Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting skills
- Crypto payments, digital assets, or online gaming/gambling experience highly desirable
- Startup experience strongly preferred
