About Examberry
Examberry is a premium tuition provider built on a simple belief: every student deserves expert teaching, data-driven progress, and an experience that inspires confidence. We work with high-achieving families who expect excellence — and we deliver it. Our tutors are among the best in their fields, and our methods are grounded in evidence, not guesswork.
The Role
We're looking for an exceptional Tuition Manager to lead our tutor network across multiple centres. This is a senior operational role for someone who understands that outstanding education is also a business. You will own the performance of our tutors, the satisfaction of our parent clients, and the integrity of the Examberry brand — not in one location, but across the board.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, challenge, and hold accountable a team of experienced tutors across multiple centres — managing them as a high-performing professional workforce, not just a group of teachers.
- Be the senior point of escalation for staffing issues, performance concerns, and sensitive parent situations.
- Instil Examberry values across all staff, ensuring a consistently premium experience at every centre.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
