Job Description

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

We are seeking an experienced compliance operations leader to drive the growth, development, and delivery of Ocorian's regulatory and compliance consultancy services across key jurisdictions. This role will play a critical part in executing our commercial strategy, expanding our client portfolio, and enhancing our technology-enabled compliance solutions.

The successful candidate will lead the evolution of our compliance consulting proposition, driving sustainable revenue growth through both retained advisory services for smaller asset management firms and outsourced compliance operating models for larger clients. Working within a matrixed structure, including direct leadership of specialist teams and oversight of our Mauritius-based shared services function, they will ensure scalable, high-quality, and commercially focused service delivery.

A key responsibility will be the ongoing development of Ocorian's compliance products and service catalogue, ensuring alignment with business line objectives, client needs, regulatory developments, and the wider Group growth strategy. The role will champion operational excellence, innovation, and technology adoption, delivering client-centric solutions that strengthen Ocorian's position as a leading provider of regulatory and compliance services.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
