About the Role
The Regulatory Affairs team maintains transparent relationships with regulators, ensuring Revolut moves forward with confidence. They:
- Stay ahead of regulatory change
- Provide timely responses to inquiries
- Collaborate across the business to align compliance with innovation
We’re looking for a Head of Regulatory Affairs to join our UK leadership team. In this role, you’ll serve as our primary regulatory liaison, building relationships with regulators, ensuring transparent communications, and leading internal compliance efforts as we scale.

Your Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with regulators and internal stakeholders by breaking down complex information into digestible updates
- Keep regulators informed of new products, initiatives, and ad-hoc updates
- Partner with the UK Board and ExCo to factor regulatory developments into all decision-making processes
- Prepare and deliver management reports and information for:
- Regulator meetings
- Internal committees
- Board presentations
- Provide training and updates to Product teams and the wider business on regulatory requirements and changes
- Develop scalable and sustainable processes for the team and documentation
- Champion conduct and compliance across the business
- Manage and mentor team members
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in:
- Regulatory affairs or
- Compliance/risk at a regulated financial services firm, fintech, or regulator
- In-depth knowledge of the UK regulatory environment, including:
- Prudential and conduct regulations
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to:
- Act as a credible spokesperson for regulators
- Collaborate with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Self-motivation and organisation skills to:
- Focus on high-quality delivery
- Adapt to changing priorities
- Impeccable written communication abilities, including succinct, persuasive messaging
- Experience working independently and with autonomy
- Ability to build respectful relationships with diverse teams and stakeholders of varied seniorities
- Previous management experience, including leading a team in regulatory affairs
- Proficiency with tech software for managing work streams
