Head of Venue Marketing (Music and Culture)

London || Salary DOE + Excellent Benefits

Are you a commercially driven marketing leader with a passion for live music, culture, and entertainment?

We're recruiting for one of London's most exciting entertainment destinations, seeking a Head of Marketing (Music & Culture) to shape the marketing strategy across a portfolio of world-class live venues and cultural experiences.

This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the forefront of music, immersive entertainment, and live events, where you'll influence audience growth, venue brand strategy, and commercial performance at one of the capital's most recognisable destinations.

The Role

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll lead the marketing strategy across a diverse programme of concerts, club nights, cultural events, and entertainment experiences.

You'll be responsible for driving ticket sales, audience development, and venue positioning while leading a small, high-performing team and working closely with promoters, artists, agents, and ticketing partners.

This is a highly commercial role where success is measured by audience growth, ticket sales, and the continued development of one of London's leading entertainment brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
