Head of Venue Sales - Circa £75,000 per annum gross total package (inclusive of financial award scheme)
Our opportunity:
The Head of Venue Sales is responsible for leading the commercial sales and marketing at BAFTA 195 Piccadilly. Reporting to the Director, BAFTA 195 Piccadilly, the postholder will lead and develop a high-performing Sales & Planning team - overseeing revenue growth, venue marketing activity, business development, strategic account management, digital engagement and exceptional client experiences.
Working collaboratively across BAFTA, the Head of Venue Sales will ensure commercial growth supports BAFTA's charitable purpose while protecting and enhancing the reputation of the BAFTA brand.

Who you are?
- Detail orientated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confident, assertive and decisive with a strong operational and commercial mind-set
- A tenacious team player used to working in a fast paced environment
- An excellent communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Quick to absorb, process and retain large amounts of information
- You'll have thorough knowledge of the hospitality/ events industry, including current trends, competitors and best practices
