Head of Venue

ICP Search has partnered with a leading event, hospitality and venue operations business that delivers large-scale food, beverage, concessions and guest experience services across major UK live events.

We are now looking for a Head of Venue to take senior ownership of one of their flagship venue partnerships. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, responsible for driving exceptional event delivery, strengthening the client relationship, and identifying opportunities to grow the account commercially.

The role would suit someone who has led complex venue, events, hospitality or large-scale operational environments, ideally within sport, motorsport, festivals, stadia, outdoor events or high-footfall visitor destinations.

The role

As Head of Venue, you will act as the senior lead for the venue account, owning the relationship, the operational performance and the commercial success of all activity delivered on site.

You will lead and develop the on-site leadership team, set clear standards, oversee major event delivery, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the partnership continues to grow in value and quality.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
