Head of Video Production
About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Video Production to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll own the creative direction, planning, and execution of video content—from interview content to thought leadership videos, product release videos, and eye-catching social media video, and everything in between. You’ll create stunning visuals and motion graphics that simplify complex interactions and solve challenging design problems.
You’ll work closely with our brand, content, and product teams to craft captivating stories that resonate with our target audience. This begins with the early development of scripts, transitions through storyboarding the visual execution, and ends with the polished videos and assets intended for sharing.
Additionally, you’ll be responsible for building a visual language for video content—a body of work you’ll proudly showcase in your portfolio. This position exists within the thrilling field of legal tech, where AI solutions and innovations are rapidly advancing. You’ll be tasked with discovering compelling AI-related stories for legal professionals, taking initiative, and surfacing valuable insights that add depth to your work.
Responsibilities
- Script, storyboard, produce, and edit videos for multiple channels
- Source and research relevant materials from within the business, customers, and the legal industry
- Develop a user-centric video design system for Ivo
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in product, sales, design, and customer success to identify stories, insights, and expertise
- Conduct quality assurance to ensure designs and creative assets align with brand standards and are polished for handoff or final delivery
- Efficiently deliver assets that generate impact and achieve business or customer goals
- Maintain the content marketing infrastructure of video assets
- Track and report on content performance metrics, using data to refine strategy and further refine successful approaches
- Partner with external agencies, freelancers, or contractors as required

Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in video production, ideally within B2B SaaS or a news media context.
- A portfolio showcasing exceptional video work, demonstrating versatility, visual clarity, compelling storytelling, and strategic thinking across multiple video formats.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills across diverse business functions and experience working within multiple stakeholder groups.
- A proactive drive—you don’t wait for direction—you identify issues and strive to solve them independently.
- Strong project management skills, including meticulous organization, deadline adherence, and the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience with content creation aimed at enterprise audiences, particularly in sectors like legal, finance, or professional services.
- Familiarity with content analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Marketo.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, notably Salesforce.
- Experience with graphic design tools, including Figma and Illustrator.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfort in a small, high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
- The ability to engage deeply with partners, translate technical concepts, and manage project constraints while maintaining high standards for design and execution.
