Head of Web Development

Location: Leeds

At KINESSO, we combine data, technology and creativity to deliver performance-driven digital experiences for some of the world’s leading brands. As part of the Omnicom Group network, we work at the intersection of media, technology and innovation - helping clients solve complex challenges through modern digital solutions.

We’re looking for a Head of Web Development to lead and evolve our development capability across client delivery, technical strategy and team leadership. This is a senior leadership role suited to someone who is equally comfortable shaping long-term technical direction, supporting commercial growth, and leading high-performing development teams day to day.

You’ll have genuine ownership over the evolution of our development capability, tooling, processes and innovation roadmap.

The Role

As Head of Web Development, you will oversee the planning, delivery and growth of our web development function. You’ll work closely with strategy, client services and sales teams to scope and pitch technical solutions, while also driving best practice across engineering, innovation and emerging technologies - including AI within development workflows and products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
