About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Head Office Graduate to join our fast-growing business. Operating from our Edinburgh head office, this high exposure development role sits directly alongside our company owners.

You will actively support our Managing Directors with critical operational and administrative tasks, offering a unique vantage point to gain hands-on experience working across multiple business departments and senior stakeholders. The successful candidate will have the chance to prove themselves and progress into a more senior project or operations-focused position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive & Admin Support: Deliver high-level administrative support to the Managing Directors, including efficient diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Meeting Governance: Attend critical business meetings to manage agenda setting, take accurate minutes, and map out clear action plans.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate directly with various business departments and external stakeholders to track project progress and ensure alignment on executive actions.
  • Operational Exposure: Shadow senior leadership, gaining a comprehensive understanding of how a major national retail operation functions from the top down.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Education: A degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a closely related commercial discipline.
  • Communication: A highly confident and articulate communicator who is comfortable collaborating closely with senior stakeholders.
  • Organisation: Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly.
  • Drive: Proactive, naturally curious, and genuinely ambitious to prove yourself and progress quickly into an operational or project-led career pathway.
