Head Porter
As Head Porter, you’ll lead by example as the first friendly face our guests encounter, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth arrival experience. You’ll be responsible for managing our team of resort porters, coordinating luggage assistance, guest escorts, and the upkeep of entrances and public areas to the highest standards.
With a strong eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you’ll ensure seamless service across all guest touchpoints - providing information on facilities, assisting with transport or deliveries, and working closely with the reception team to uphold our exceptional standards of hospitality.
Requirements
- Professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering first-class experiences to guests and hotel residents.
- Highly attentive with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident building a relationship with guests and members of the hotel team.
- Friendly and enthusiastic with a drive to enhance quality service and in turn guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
