Your future, as a receptionist at mydentist
You’ll be joining us at our Nice Street practice in Nice Town, Postcode. As a receptionist, you will provide outstanding customer service to our customers and patients, both face to face whilst visiting the practice, and by managing phone calls to our front desk. The working pattern for this role is [e.g. full time 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm]. As a receptionist, you’ll be based on site in our practice, so home working is not possible.

What you'll be doing
- Welcome customers warmly – in person and over the phone
- Keep appointments running smoothly and efficiently so everything flows well for the team
- Share clear, helpful information tailored to each customer
- Support daily and weekly tasks to keep the practice organised and compliant
About you
- Friendly, caring and compassionate
- Organised; can multitask and work towards KPI’s
- Great at building relationships
- Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
- Confident at working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to diffuse challenging situations
