Description
We are seeking a highly organised and discreet individual to fill the role of a Head Receptionist / Senior Lifestyle. This position is dedicated to providing exceptional personalised support to guests at Escapade with a focus on managing their daily routines, supporting the lifestyle concierge, and ensuring a seamless and luxurious lifestyle experience.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and fulfil the unique needs of high-profile individuals.

Key Responsibilities

To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience through:

Personal Concierge Services: Support as the point of contact for all personal and lifestyle-related requests. Support the team with travel arrangements. Support with the creation of personalised experiences for our guests with expert knowledge and understanding of Silverstone and the surrounding areas. Act as a liaison between guests and hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

Time and Schedule Management: Maintain and support the concierge team with a well-organised schedule, ensuring all appointments and commitments are met. Anticipate potential scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them. Handle personal and professional correspondence seamlessly and efficiently.

Problem Solving: Handle unexpected situations and challenges that may arise during a guest’s stay. Offer suitable solutions and assistance to ensure guest satisfaction.

Communication and Coordination: Liaise with various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, restaurant, and security to ensure smooth operations and seamless guest experiences.

Knowledge of Local Area: Stay updated on local events, festivals, exhibitions, and other happenings to provide guests with accurate and relevant information. Maintain a comprehensive database of local attractions, services, and contacts.

Travel and Security Coordination: Collaborate with security and concierge personnel to ensure the safety and privacy of the client during travel and public appearances. Coordinate the wider team to ensure security and safety is up to standard for guests and staff.

Performance will be checked against the following:
- Detailed objectives will be set through the Personal Development Review (PDR) process
- Our team of Lifestyle Concierge conveys the Escapade Silverstone experience. You will be part of a team that shares common interests with our owners and guests, and we aren’t afraid to pursue our passions. When guests stay with us, we want them to be able to focus on what they enjoy – and our hosts must ensure each guest’s stay is as effortless as possible.
You will use your experience to generate and protect revenues, to implement procedures and controls to monitor costs and will be able to deliver a P&L which is on budget.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/distinctive brand is desirable but not required
- A strong, yet positive guest service style
- Organised and ability to work within the team or on their own
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A good command of the English language. Additional languages are advantageous
- Maintains impeccable personal grooming standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement
- Full clean UK driving licence is desirable
