We are recruiting a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse for this outstanding new practice.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced RVN ready to lead a highly skilled nursing team while helping to shape the culture and clinical standards of a brand-new hospital.
The Role
As Head RVN, you will:
- Lead and mentor the nursing team.
- Ensure the highest clinical and patient care standards.
- Support the development of Schedule 3 nursing.
- Coordinate nurse training and professional development.
- Work closely with the veterinary and management teams.
- Promote a positive, supportive workplace culture.

Requirements
- RCVS Registered Veterinary Nurse.
- Previous leadership or senior nursing experience.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Passion for coaching and developing others.
- Commitment to clinical excellence.
