Head Teacher

Salary Range: Group 3: £83,478 - £92,065 L19 – L23

Location: Four Oaks, Sutton Coldfield, B74 4PA

Contract Type: Full Time

Contract Term: Permanent

Required: January 2027

We are now seeking an inspirational Headteacher to build on these strong foundations and lead the next stage of our development.

We are seeking a Headteacher who:

  • Is an inspirational and visible leader who will inspire confidence across the whole school community.
  • Has a clear vision for educational excellence and a proven track record of improving outcomes for children.
  • Places children, inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing at the heart of every decision.
  • Values, develops and empowers staff, recognising that people are the school's greatest asset.
  • Can build on our Outstanding provision whilst embracing innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Will champion our ethos that "every individual counts".
  • Has the ambition and strategic leadership skills to guide Four Oaks through the next chapter of its journey.
  • Is committed to working collaboratively with parents, governors, staff and partners across the Learning Trust for Excellence and Four Oaks Cluster.
  • Will nurture the positive culture, exemplary behaviour and high expectations that define our school.
