Take the lead in a veterinary practice where clinical excellence, teamwork, and exceptional patient care are at the heart of everything they do.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Veterinary Surgeon to combine hands-on clinical work with leadership, developing colleagues, maintaining exceptional clinical standards, and helping to shape the future of a practice in Lincoln. Supported by a collaborative leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both the practice and the wider clinical team.

Location: The practice is based in Lincoln and easily commutable from Newark-on-Trent, Market Rasen, Gainsborough, Sleaford, and Woodhall Spa. However, there is a relocation package available for the right candidate!

Salary: £75,000 - £90,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits including:

  • Encourage a collaborative, supportive, and positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

  • RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with strong GP medical and surgical experience.
  • Previous leadership, mentoring, or senior clinical experience.
  • Committed to maintaining exceptional clinical standards and supporting colleague development.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organizational skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to support and develop a successful team.
  • Official Veterinarian (OV) status is desirable, although training can be supported.
