What You’ll Need
✔ 1+ year of experience in a high-end hospitality environment ✔ Impeccable communication skills – you’ll charm guests into raving reviews! ✔ (Ideally) Experience in supervising staff teams and training new recruits ✔ Ability to pivot on complaints – turning frowns upside down with that VAWD wattage! ✔ Gourmet-level knowledge of:
- Cocktails specs
- Wine & beer notes
- Guest preferences – the whys & hows of your team’s beverage menu ✔ Shift & section management skills – keep things running silky smooth between sunset and sunup
