Our global team thrives on collaboration, exquisite service, and a passion for protecting nature. The Food & Beverage (F&B) team ensures every guest experiences luxury through thoughtful execution—and we relish working with professionals who share the same dedication to perfection in every detail.

About the Role

We are looking for an attentive, detail-oriented, and proactive Lead Server to support the F&B team at [RESTAURANT NAME], where hospitality meets meticulous care. Your role? Elevate cuisine to artistry by guiding seamless team alignment and crafting memorable guest experiences.

Pro Tip: In this demanding role, keeping the smallest elements flawlessly polished—toilets, silverware, inquiries—directly correlates with exceptional outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership

    • Uphold Starwood’s five-star standards—from speed to mindful attentiveness—roadmap quality initiatives.

  • Guest Delight

    • Anticipate and exceed guest needs through observational excellence (e.g., identifying allergies, post-dinner beverages, unique preferences).
    • Act as a primary point of contact for guest feedback, activating correction paths for improvements.
    • Represent the restaurant in all touchpoints—greetings, introductions, unresolved inquiries.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
