Headhunt Specialist (3-Month FTC)

Headhunt & Talent Acquisition Specialist (3-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

Immediate start

This isn’t a typical recruitment role. We don’t want someone to post a job and wait.

We want a HUNTER.

What This Role Looks Like

95% of this role is proactive headhunting. You’ll identify, approach, and engage top-tier talent who aren’t actively looking—because the best people never are.

The other 5%? Yes, you’ll post a job ad, field applications, and run interviews. But that’s not why we’re hiring you.

Over three months, you’ll be recruiting across sales, marketing, admin, and creative roles, sourcing candidates who are not just skilled but also fit the culture and pace of a fast-growing, non-corporate coaching company.

You’re the Right Person If…

✅ You have a proven track record in headhunting and executive/specialist search—not just reactive recruitment ✅ You know how to find people who aren’t on the market and make them want to hear more ✅ You’re a brilliant communicator—warm, direct, and persuasive without being pushy ✅ You understand fast-moving, personality-led businesses (agency, coaching, or online business experience is a big plus) ✅ You’re organised, self-directed, and don’t need hand-holding ✅ You thrive working remotely but can jump into our Milton Keynes office when needed

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
