Tenbury CE Primary Academy is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our welcoming and inclusive Church of England primary school into its next chapter. - A clear understanding of curriculum development, teaching, learning, and assessment.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff at all levels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, families, colleagues, governors, and wider partners.
- A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
- Strategic thinking combined with the resilience and determination to deliver sustained improvement.
- A commitment to the values and vision of both the school and the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust.
