Tenbury CE Primary Academy is seeking an exceptional Headteacher to lead our welcoming and inclusive Church of England primary school into its next chapter. As an experienced school leader, you will bring:
- A proven track record of successful leadership and school improvement.
- High expectations for pupils, staff, and yourself.
- A clear understanding of curriculum development, teaching, learning, and assessment.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop staff at all levels.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with pupils, families, colleagues, governors, and wider partners.
- A commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and safeguarding.
- Strategic thinking combined with the resilience and determination to deliver sustained improvement.
- A commitment to the values and vision of both the school and the Diocese of Hereford Multi-Academy Trust.
