The Lincoln Anglican Academy Trust is a multi-academy trust formed by the Diocese of Lincoln in 2013. We are a growing and thriving family of schools dedicated to providing an excellent education for pupils across Lincolnshire. We have grown to serve twenty-four academies across three local authorities of Lincolnshire, North Lincolnshire, and North-East Lincolnshire.
Headteacher - The Role
As Headteacher, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for Tattershall Holy Trinity, a small, welcoming primary school serving a significant RAF community. You will work in partnership with staff, families, governors, and the Trust to ensure the highest standards of education and care. You will champion an inclusive culture inspired by the vision "All shall be well because we are knit together and rooted in hope", lead excellent teaching and learning, and ensure every child achieves their full potential. The school benefits from a well-established Forest School programme and strong community relationships that you will nurture and develop.

Headteacher - Key Responsibilities
- Embed the Trust vision and create a local school vision consistent with Trust values while motivating others to establish a shared learning culture
- Lead teaching, learning, and curriculum development to ensure a vibrant, locally relevant curriculum that prepares children for their next phase of education
- Manage the school environment, resources, and budget efficiently to support the curriculum and demonstrate value for money
- Develop staff through effective induction, professional development, and growth-focused performance review processes
- Ensure robust safeguarding procedures and oversight of the Single Central Record, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead
- Collaborate with other agencies to promote the academic, spiritual, moral, social, emotional, and cultural wellbeing of pupils and families
Headteacher - You
- Qualified Teacher Status with a successful NQT year completed and National Professional Qualification of Headship or working towards it
- Significant experience as a Headteacher, Deputy Head, or Head of School with a proven track record of school improvement
- Experience of working within a Church School environment with understanding of Church of England mission and vision
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, innovation, and improvement while inspiring and motivating others
- Strong financial planning and budgetary management skills with knowledge of best value principles
- Effective appointment and personnel management experience with ability to foster a culture of respect and openness
