Health Advisor & Customer Service Associate

Part time | 3 days per week | Midlands/North of England preferred

£17,400 per year (£29,000 FTE)


We're looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Health Advisor to join the Qured team — a role that takes you out into the field, into virtual consultations, and into the heart of our customer operations.

What you'll be doing

At Qured, no two days look the same. You'll be working across three areas:

On-site field days

  • Travelling to client workplaces across the Midlands, North of England and London to run employee health screening days
  • Promoting the programme, answering employee queries and encouraging sign-ups in an engaging, confident way
  • Guiding employees through the health testing process and supporting the self-collection process to ensure a high success rate

Remote health testing

  • Conducting virtual testing appointments with patients via our platform, with clear and empathetic communication
  • Adapting your approach to each individual to ensure they feel supported throughout

Customer service & admin

  • Handling customer queries via live chat, email and telephone
  • Supporting the team with a range of general admin and operational tasks
  • Helping customers navigate our app and troubleshoot any basic technical issues

Full training provided. Travel costs for client site visits covered on top of salary.

Who we're looking for

Must haves:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role
  • Warm, engaging and well-presented, confident both face to face and remotely
  • Comfortable with technology and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Able to travel across the Midlands and North of England, with access to a car or good transport links
  • Patient, empathetic and solutions-focused
  • Professional home workspace for remote working days

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a healthcare environment
  • Phlebotomy training (not required but opens up additional opportunities)
