We are seeking to recruit a SHE Advisor (Health & Safety) to join our dynamic team in the Southern Region. This role will involve providing regional support to the Divisional SHE Director for implementing and supervising the Company’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) policy, ensuring a healthy and safe environment for all employees and contractors engaged on Company business.

Responsibilities
- Monitor, develop, and implement SHE systems to ensure our standards, compliance, and performance are of the highest caliber
- Offer support and strategic guidance to the Region, and represent Regional Management in engagements with employees and external bodies on Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) matters
- Support the development of Health & Safety management capability within the Region by enhancing the skills and knowledge of Miller personnel
- Conduct site visits and audits to verify compliance with specified procedures and standards

Requirements
- Proven experience working in a similar Health & Safety advisory role, preferably within the housebuilding sector
- NEBOSH certification (or equivalent professional health and safety qualification)
- Experience in carrying out audits, accident investigations, and liaising with statutory bodies
- A natural leader with integrity, strong presence, drive, determination, and enthusiasm
