Health & Safety Advisor – specialist safety consultancy
Join a specialist safety consultancy delivering Health & Safety, Principal Designer, CDM Advisory and Building Safety services to some of the UK’s most prestigious developers and clients. This business was established by a group of former corporate directors who sought to create a consultancy with a genuinely positive working culture. Here, they partner with select clients to deliver safety excellence on complex projects, forming a team of under 20 people with exceptional experience and a vast client network.
About the Role
As a Health & Safety Advisor, you’ll become part of a growing team comprising chartered safety professionals focused on ensuring expert Site Inspections and CDM Compliance across a curated portfolio of prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality site inspections for commercial clients.
- Provide robust CDM coordination, ensuring legal compliance without excessive micromanagement.
- Collaborate closely with assigned client pools to deliver exceptional service.
- Work from a home-based location with full travel expenses covered.
- Non-timesheet-driven: Focus on quality outcomes rather than hours logged.
- Projects are predominantly London-centric.
