Key Responsibilities

This role is predominantly site-based and includes:

  • Conducting site inspections and audits
  • Producing comprehensive reports with actionable recommendations
  • Supporting and conducting detailed accident and incident investigations
  • Delivering toolbox talks and training sessions (clinched with confidence!)
  • Advising clients on legislative compliance and best practices
  • Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting environmental and sustainability initiatives as needed

You’ll work independently while remaining part of a fully supportive team, with only occasional overnight travel (~1 per fortnight).


Requirements

Essential:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (non-negotiable)
  • Proven experience in construction or civil engineering
  • Field-based mindset—prefers site work to an office environment
  • Ability to self-manage workloads and work autonomously
  • Experience with inspections, audits, and investigations
  • Comfortable delivering training and presentations to diverse audiences
  • A practical, problem-solving approach to health and safety
  • Personable, honest and team-oriented—collaboration is key
