What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for you to take ownership of maintaining and improving our Group Health, Safety and Environmental (HS&E) management systems, ensuring they remain compliant and effective across the business. You’ll support ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, contribute to audits, monitor compliance, and keep documentation, risk assessments, and records up to date.

Working closely with site representatives and senior leaders, you’ll coordinate inspections, support incident management, track KPIs, and help promote a positive safety culture as part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Alongside this, you’ll provide practical, commercially focused health and safety advice to clients through our Helpdesk service via phone, email, and Teams. You’ll help clients understand their legal responsibilities, review and improve documentation, and guide them through risk assessments and regulatory challenges, while managing your workload effectively and building strong client relationships within a friendly, team-oriented culture.
About You
You’ll be a highly organised and proactive health and safety professional with a NEBOSH Diploma (or NEBOSH Certificate with demonstrable experience), alongside a solid understanding of UK health and safety legislation. You’ll bring working knowledge of environmental compliance within an office-based setting, along with familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems and experience of audits, corrective actions, and compliance monitoring. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to produce clear reports and manage records effectively using Microsoft Office tools.

An Internal Auditor qualification for ISO 45001 and/or ISO 14001 would be advantageous, or a willingness to work towards this. You’ll be detail-oriented, confident in influencing at all levels, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with a genuine commitment to continuous improvement and promoting a positive health, safety and environmental culture.
