Looking for a Health and Safety role where you can genuinely influence how a site operates?

We are recruiting for a growing UK energy business that is investing in its people, facilities, and operational standards.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being out on site, building relationships, and helping managers, employees, and contractors work more safely.

You do not need to come directly from Energy from Waste.

We are keen to hear from Health and Safety professionals with experience in power generation, utilities, manufacturing, engineering, waste, recycling, chemicals, construction, logistics, or another safety-critical industrial environment.

You will join a highly collaborative business led by an entrepreneurial senior team. The culture is supportive, fast-moving, and practical, with good ideas welcomed, and decisions made quickly.

What will you be doing?

You will become a key member of the site team, providing practical advice and helping improve health and safety standards across day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
