About Us

Wifinity was founded in 2007 to solve a problem—our armed forces struggled with reliable connectivity when living in remote barracks. This challenge isn’t limited to the military, though.

Students in university halls, families on holiday resorts, or those in shared accommodation and retirement communities often face issues with traditional home broadband. It simply doesn’t always work for them.

Wifinity stands out because we deliver the same benefits as traditional broadband—super-fast speeds, WiFi, and secure, private networks—without the downsides. We offer Pay As You Go and flexible contracts, ensuring customers pay only for what they need without penalising long-term commitments. We simplify connectivity for everyone.

The Opportunity

This field-based auditing role blends key responsibilities in Health and Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) management, focusing on project-level compliance and improvement frameworks. You’ll act as a subject matter expert, conducting audits and advising stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Areas of Focus

  • SHEQ management across varied sectors
  • Stakeholder liaison and subcontractor auditing
  • Field inspections and management system development

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
