Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: Wellesbourne and Gaydon with occasional travel to St Athan

✅ What You'll Do

As part of your normal duties, you will

  • Working with Iconic Luxury British Sports car brand Aston Martin
  • Coordinate and assist the management team(s) in HSE & BCM initiatives at three different customer sites.
  • Provide HSE & BCM advice, guidance, and support to ensure compliance with relevant statutory legislation.
  • Drive business standardization and assist with continued adherence to the Health and Safety Management System (HSMS) and other relevant HSE & BCM policies at the sites.
  • Meet annual Safety, Health, and Environmental objectives, assessed via the performance management system.
  • Undertake relevant HSE & BCM audits and create action plans in line with corporate requirements.

✅ What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Previous health and safety responsibility in warehouse and transport environments.
  • Target-focused with a proven ability to deliver standardized programs.
  • Comfortable with regional travel and beyond, as operational requirements dictate.
  • Transport or Automotive experience would be beneficial to this role.
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate.
