We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Co-ordinator to lead health and safety across Housing Property Services.
You will drive safer working practices, support compliance, use insight to improve performance, and promote a positive safety culture across the service.
About You – Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong experience in health and safety management and project delivery
- Experience in Voids, Repairs & Maintenance, Equipment and Adaptations
- Experience managing and monitoring revenue contracts
- Relevant professional qualifications in health and safety, project management and training delivery

Salary, contract and hours
- Grade 8 (SCP 30 - 34): £40,777 - £45,091
- Permanent contract
- Full-time: 37 hours per week
