Health & Safety Consultant | Manchester | National Remit
I’m working with a leading commercial property management business that is looking to appoint an experienced HSE Risk Assessor to join its team.
Based from the Manchester office, this is a national role responsible for conducting Fire, Health & Safety and Environmental audits and risk assessments across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties.
The role will include:
- Conducting internal Fire, Health & Safety and Environmental audits and risk assessments nationally
- Completing assessments in line with legal requirements, ISO standards and British Standards
- Facilitating external audits with certification bodies in accordance with UKAS requirements
- Providing practical advice and guidance to clients and internal teams
- Identifying non conformities and ensuring actions are progressed through to satisfactory conclusion
- Working closely with clients, operational teams and suppliers to improve compliance and service delivery
- Exploring new technology, innovation and industry trends to continually improve HSE practices

We’re looking for someone who can operate independently, manage a national workload and build strong relationships with clients and operational teams.
Essential requirements:
- NEBOSH Fire qualification
- NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification
- IOSH Technical Membership as a minimum
- Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
- Willingness to travel nationally

- NEBOSH Diploma
- ISEP Internal Auditor qualification
- IEMA Internal Auditor qualification
- ISEP membership
- Previous Property Management experience
