We are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support the delivery of fire, building and health & safety strategies across a portfolio of sites throughout London and Scotland.
Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety, you will work closely with operational teams to drive compliance, manage risk, and promote a strong safety culture across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the annual Health & Safety plan and compliance activities.
- Lead the regional Health & Safety function and support team performance.
- Build strong relationships with Operations and Estates teams.
- Manage H&S policies, risk assessments, audits and compliance programmes.
- Investigate incidents and provide practical advice on risk mitigation.
- Support regulatory inspections and manage remedial actions.
- Prepare and present Health & Safety performance reports.
- Deliver training, audits and risk assessment programmes across the region.

About You
Essential:
- NEBOSH National General Certificate.
- Fire Risk Assessment qualification (FPA or equivalent).
- Experience working within a multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of fire safety and health & safety legislation.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments and investigations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:
- IOSH membership or membership of a recognised fire safety body.
- Environmental Health Degree, Fire Safety or Health & Safety Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
