Our studios are among the world’s foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities, informing, engaging, and transporting audiences to new worlds. The Studio Operations group—the backbone of this magic—includes teams responsible for soundstage/backlot set rentals, events, design, culinary, construction, and landscaping, ensuring unforgettable experiences for all.
Your New Role
As Health and Safety Manager for the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London campus (Leavesden), you will:
- Coordinate and lead the Health and Safety (H&S) function across one of the most iconic visitor experiences in the world.
- Work closely with operational teams and external partners to uphold strong safety practices in a busy, high-visitor environment.
- Play a critical role in maintaining compliance, culture, and continuous improvement.

Role Accountabilities
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure Health and Safety procedures are up to date, regularly reviewed, and aligned with legislation, internal policies, and industry standards (e.g., HSE, COSHH, PUWER).
- Develop and implement hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control programmes, including supplier safety oversight (e.g., HACCP for food safety in visitor-facing spaces).
- Conduct regular walkarounds, inspections, and audits across facilities, equipment, projects, and daily operations.
Incident & Operational Support
- Partner with operational teams to ensure safe delivery of projects, shutdown periods, and ongoing operations, including Duty Management shifts for an award-winning visitor attraction.
- Coordinate incident management—investigations, trend analysis, reporting, and risk assessments.
- Champion occupational health—from developer training to coordinating individual health assessments.
Culture & Communication
- Communicate Health and Safety updates, chair safety meetings, and provide data-driven reporting to support leadership decision-making and compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent).
- Proven HSE experience in a public-facing organisation, with demonstrated ability to communicate with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in visitor attractions or high-interaction leisure environments strongly preferred.
- Ability to deliver Health and Safety training and foster safe working practices.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret technical, legislative, and operational documentation, with knowledge of workplace fire safety.

- Onsite Working: This role is on premises only—all working hours and days will take place at the Warner Bros. Discovery site (Leavesden, UK) unless otherwise notified. WBD and your Line Manager reserve the right to adjust this arrangement if required by business needs.
