We're looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and evolve our health and safety function across a fast-paced, highly creative production environment. This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, influencing safety culture across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, installation and office operations while helping us deliver exceptional work safely and responsibly.

The Role

We're looking for someone who enjoys being visible within the business, building relationships across teams and developing practical safety solutions that support operational excellence.

You'll act as the company's lead Health & Safety professional, partnering with Directors, Heads of Departments and Managers to create a culture where safety is fully embedded in everyday decision-making. The role spans our workshops, production facilities, warehousing operations, installation activities and office environments.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading the day-to-day Health & Safety function across the business
  • Developing and enhancing Health & Safety management systems, policies and procedures
  • Managing risk assessments, RAMS, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER and safe systems of work
  • Working closely with production and fabrication teams across joinery, CNC, metal fabrication, print production, spray operations and finishing departments
  • Supporting warehouse, logistics, fleet and installation activities across the UK and internationally
  • Leading accident, incident and near-miss investigations and implementing preventative measures
  • Delivering audits, inspections and compliance programmes
  • Supporting ISO and CSR-related initiatives
  • Driving training, coaching and competency development across all levels of the organisation
  • Building a positive, engaging and proactive safety culture

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Significant Health & Safety leadership experience within manufacturing, production, logistics, construction or similarly complex operational environments
  • Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation and best practice
  • Experience developing and implementing management systems
  • Proven experience conducting investigations, root cause analysis, risk assessments and RAMS
  • Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to engage both leadership teams and operational staff

Desirable

  • Chartered or Graduate IOSH Membership
  • ISO 45001 experience
  • Experience within creative production, retail fit-out, experiential, manufacturing or installation sectors
  • Experience supporting multi-site operations
