About the Role
Are you an experienced Health & Social Care professional looking to make a difference in the sector? Or are you an assessor seeking a role where you can focus entirely on supporting learners without recruiting them yourself?

Our assesors are referred to as Personal Development Managers, reflecting their vital role in guiding learners through their entire qualification journey.
Opportunities exist for both:
- Qualified Health & Social Care Personal Development Managers (Assessors)
- Trainee Health & Social Care Personal Development Managers.
Salary & Benefits
Qualified Personal Development Managers
💵 £30,000 basic + bonus opportunity, OTE £42,000
Trainee Personal Development Managers
💵 £27,000 basic + bonus opportunity, OTE £39,000 *( ideal for professionals with 2+ years’ sector experience looking to achieve a qualification through our Training Academy. )

- Building strong relationships with learners and employers through monthly reviews, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Delivering high-quality, interactive teaching and coaching aligned with apprenticeship standards. ✅ Cross-referenced against Ofsted and Awarding Body criteria.
- Promptly assessing and reviewing learner evidence for objective progress tracking and timely support.
- Conducting workplace observations and skill demonstrations to assess practical competency.
- Supporting learners to achieve Maths & English Functional Skills.
- Preparing learners for End-Point Assessment (EPA) and ensuring they are equipped for success.
- Upholding learner well-being practices, including safeguarding responsibility.

Requirements
Essential Criteria
✔ Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in adult or elderly Health & Social Care (senior carer level, disciplined expertise in Dementia & Learning Disabilities ideal). ✔ Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent. ✔ GCSE (Grade C) Standard in English & Maths or equivalent.
Preferred Experience 🌟 (Desirable for Trainees)
✔ Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1). ✔ Teaching qualification (Level 3+) (though not essential). ✔ Prior experience in work-based learning or education.
Additional Logistics
🚗 Requires own transport (mileage fully covered). ⚡ Confirmed business-use car insurance (mandatory). ⚡ Dedicated broadband connection. 🔍 Satisfactory DBS check & references required.
