About Us

Here at Care2Succeed we are a fully accredited national training provider, currently offering training in many areas of Britain, focusing on the training and education of those within the Health and Social Care sector.

We provide comprehensive training to staff teams in care units based across South Yorkshire, Midlands and the North West.

We are a constantly growing and expanding company and are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Trainer to join our friendly and highly trained team.


The Role And Responsibilities

As one of our Trainers you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive two week induction programme for new staff prior to the start of their employment across a variety of Health and Social Care settings, including children’s homes, residential family centres and supported living accommodation.

  • Providing any assistance needed in order for the learners to gain their starting certificates
  • Deliver training programmes to learners, ensuring the highest possible standards are achieved
  • Develop course material to support the training requirements
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork and development of course materials to support the training requirements
  • Monitor and report on learner progress and concerns
  • The ability to work as part of a team, or independently

Required Skills, Qualifications And Experience

  • A recognised Level 3 Teaching qualification
  • Relevant work experience, preferably within the Health and Social Care sector
  • Experience with delivering training to groups of 12-16 students
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate learners

A full UK Driving License is preferred, however not required as long as applicants are able to reliably commute to our offices in Rotherham (S63)
