We are seeking a skilled care worker to join our dynamic team.
As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, emotional, and social well-being of individuals requiring assistance in their homes or care settings. You will be responsible for providing care in accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards under the direction of the Senior Carer/Nurse/Manager.

- Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and feeding.
- Supporting individuals with mobility needs through manual handling techniques.
- Maintaining personal hygiene and grooming.
- Encouraging and assisting individuals to engage in daily activities and self-care routines.
- Preparing and assisting with meals and snacks.
- Accompanying individuals to appointments and social outings.
- Monitoring physical and mental health, reporting any changes to healthcare professionals.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Engaging in conversation and activities to combat loneliness and isolation.
- Respecting individual preferences and promoting dignity and choice.
- Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical guidelines by CQC.
- Working effectively with other care professionals, family members, and social services.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Clearly communicating observations and changes to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications & Experience
No formal qualification is required, however candidates with Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care will be preferred. No experience is required because essential training will be provided for the job role. Candidates having experience relevant to health and social care discipline will be preferred.
