Health Care Assistant

Position: Health Care Assistant

Location Havenmere 191 Pelham Road, Immingham, Lincolnshire, DN40 1JP

Contract Type & Rate Flexible shift patterns available – 4, 6, 8, 10 & 12-hour shifts (part-time, full-time, term-time, or school hours) Rate: £12.71 per hour (£12.81/hour on completion of Exemplar Care Certificate) Care home CQC rating: ‘Good’

About the Role

As a Health Care Assistant at Havenmere, your primary goal is to help residents live their best lives—whatever that may mean for them.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Supporting individuals with personal care
  • Assisting at meal times
  • Addressing individual health and wellbeing needs
  • Encouraging social participation inside and outside the home
  • Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and mutual respect
  • Completing and maintaining care records
