Health Care Assistant
Healthcare Assistant – Sparkhill Renal Department

We are seeking a pro-active individual, ideally from a healthcare background and preferably with NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care to join our clinic as a Healthcare Assistant in Sparkhill.
About the Role
Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, you will prepare, restore, and maintain areas and equipment for clinical treatments and investigations, while ensuring a safe environment for patients, relatives, and visitors.
This role includes:
- Active duties requiring extensive walking between patients
- Some lifting responsibilities
- Regular training and guidance to develop knowledge of company practice, procedures, and quality management
- Essential computer skills along with strong interpersonal skills
The position is Full Time (37.5 hours per week), with current working hours typically between 07.00 hrs and 18.30 hrs, Monday to Saturday.
