About The Role
Key Responsibilities
As an HCA, your tasks will include:
- Providing personal care with warmth and respect (e.g., bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Encouraging and supporting residents to maintain their independence
- Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any changes in condition
- Engaging residents in fulfilling activities and offering companionship

Requirements
Must-Have (Required Criteria)
- A kind, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
- The ability to work within a warm, nurturing environment focused on person-led care
Nice-to-Have (Desired Criteria)
- Previous experience in a care sector role (though full training provided for all team members)
- A genuine passion for supporting independence and holistic wellbeing
