HCA (Healthcare Assistants)

Location: Mount Merrion Avenue

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

As an HCA, your tasks will include:

  • Providing personal care with warmth and respect (e.g., bathing, dressing, feeding)
  • Encouraging and supporting residents to maintain their independence
  • Monitoring residents' wellbeing and reporting any changes in condition
  • Engaging residents in fulfilling activities and offering companionship

Requirements

Must-Have (Required Criteria)

  • A kind, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends
  • The ability to work within a warm, nurturing environment focused on person-led care

Nice-to-Have (Desired Criteria)

  • Previous experience in a care sector role (though full training provided for all team members)
  • A genuine passion for supporting independence and holistic wellbeing
