The Role
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting people with personal care
- Assisting at meal times
- Understanding and meeting individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encouraging social activities (both in-house and external)
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
- Maintaining care records
No two days will be the same—because you’ll adapt to every person’s needs.
About You
