- 42 or 48 hours per week, including weekends Wage: £12.71 per hour CQC Rating: Good

- Providing care to adults with mental health conditions and neuro-disabilities (e.g., brain injuries, Huntington’s disease)

The Role
Your responsibilities include:
- Supporting people with personal care
- Assisting at meal times
- Understanding and meeting individual health and wellbeing needs
- Encouraging social activities (both in-house and external)
- Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
- Maintaining care records
No two days will be the same—because you’ll adapt to every person’s needs.
About You

We’re looking for someone who is: ✔ Caring, kind, understanding, and calm in difficult situations ✔ Resilient and able to remain composed under pressure ✔ Skilled in diffusing challenging scenarios while managing personal emotions ✔ A great team player ✔ Willing to complete all physical EPBS training ✔ Energetic, outgoing, and maintains a positive attitude ✔ An excellent listener and communicator
