We’re on the look-out for a Health Care Assistant with bags of energy, to deliver exceptional patient care in our theatre based at The Horder Centre, Crowborough.
You will play a vital role in delivering the highest standard of care and service for patients, visitors and colleagues. You will assist the registered nurses/operating department practitioners in the maintenance of a high standard of planned patient care using evidence-based practice.
Must Haves
- Healthcare Assistant, NVQ Level 1/2/3 an advantage
- To be accountable for own practice. Develop a reflective approach to own practices setting personal objectives and reviewing self-development
- To develop and maintain own professional competence
- The ability to assess patient needs and ensure the appropriate care is given
- Good communication skills
- Smart presentable appearance
Full time 37.5 hours per week working over 4 days 08:00 - 18:00

Salary from £25,155.00 to £25,837.50 (dependent on experience and qualifications)
Right to work in the UK
In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment.
