Job Description
Location: Electus Healthcare, 38a Mallusk Road
Care Assistant – Regional Bank (Zero Hour Contract)
Locations Covered: Belfast, Donaghadee, Larne & Whitehead (Northern Ireland)
We are looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Care Assistants to join our Regional Bank team on a zero hour contract basis, providing support across our care homes.
As a member of our Regional Bank team, you will have the flexibility to work across multiple locations, supporting our care homes and helping us deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care with warmth and respect (bathing, dressing, feeding).
- Encourage and support residents to maintain their independence.
- Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report changes.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and offer companionship.
What We’re Looking For
- A caring and compassionate approach with a genuine desire to support others
- Flexibility to work across our care home locations
- A valid driving licence or the ability to travel independently between sites (required)
- Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude
- A commitment to providing outstanding care to our residents
